Return Policy

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Fees

Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% – 30% of the purchase price and return shipping fees. Baker’s Shoes may assess the restocking fees and return shipping fees against the customer’s account or deduct the fees from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy and any product-specific policy.  Baker’s Shoes reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment. 

For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns for replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period. Baker’s Shoes does NOT charge for restocking fees or return shipping labels for returns of defective products, or if you received the wrong item, the item did not match what was shown on the Necessary Clothing Online  website or mobile application (the “Site”), or if we have made some other shipping error, provided the item is within its return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy. For returns of unopened items that are returned in the original condition as shipped within its return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, Necessary Clothing Online does NOT charge for restocking fees, but customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. In the event a product is returned that is not defective or an incorrect product or where the product does match what was shown on the Site, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by Necessary Clothing Online will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply. You have 7 days after receiving your product to send us an email at info@bakers-shoes.com to file for a return. 

Full Refunds

If you return an item within the item’s return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, you will receive a full refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below.

Partial refunds

If you return an item within the item’s return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, you may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below.

Non-defective items that are returned opened. Non-defective special orders or custom-built items. Unopened items purchased through Baker’s Shoes that are returned in the original condition as shipped.85% of the item’s purchase price and you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Opened, non-defective clothing in original condition.75% of the item’s purchase price and you are responsible for any return shipping costs

You may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below. Returns for these reasons will require Baker’s Shoes Customer Service assistance.

Returns received in any of the following conditions may be rejected or accepted for a partial refund.

*Excluding items purchased as gifts which are refunded as Baker’s Shoes Store Credit only, items purchased using Bitcoin which are refunded in the form of a Baker’s Shoes Gift Card and items bought as part of a clearance sale which are non refundable.
